We publish the plans and starting prices for the most common jobs. For everything else, tell us the job: you get a fixed written price for standard jobs, or our questions and a survey proposal for larger projects.

We publish the plans and the starting prices for visits. The rest depends on the site, the window, access rules and parts, so a written quote covers exactly your job, with travel and any pass-through costs on separate lines.
Yes, for the scope in the quote. If we find something outside it, we stop and call; extra work happens only with your approval.
Every visit covers the first two hours on site. Small tasks can be batched into one visit, or into your care-plan visit.
One fault or change: a single job. A site that needs someone every month: a care plan. Planned work: a project quote or engineer days. Many small jobs: an hour block. Not sure: start with a rack audit or an office IT check.
Plans and hour blocks are billed in advance. Single jobs are invoiced after you accept the closure report, payable within 14 days; a new client’s first ad-hoc job is prepaid.
Yes. Every quote is net, plus VAT.
Yes, on Rack Care Plus: an engineer on site within 4 business hours in Kraków and Skawina, Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00. Other plans and sites by contract. Care-plan clients can agree a written response time for their sites; we quote it after a site survey. Without a contract, the booking classes are the promise, and urgent jobs are dispatched the same day where possible, with the arrival time confirmed when you call.
Task, site and window in your own words. A reply within four business hours, a fixed written price before any work starts, and single jobs invoiced only after you accept the report.
